**We are only considering applicants who**

**-with minimum 1 year of laser hair removal experience**

The Laser Labs is a high volume laser treatments clinic. We are seeking knowledgeable, passionate and keen individuals to offer laser hair removal.

**Your role as a laser hair removal technician will include**:

- Sanitization, sterilization and preparation of the room before and after clients
- Accurate analyzation of clients skin and hair types to determine the best course of treatment
- Preparing clients for treatment (i.e. shaving, covering tattoos, cleaning skin etc)
- Monitoring clients skin during and after treatment to ensure no adverse side effects
- Providing pre and post laser hair removal care
- Scheduling appointments
- Hosting consultations with potential new clients

**A successful laser technician will**:

- Have high client satisfaction
- Prioritize safety and take necessary precautions to minimize adverse reactions
- Complete treatments in a timely manner without sacrificing quality
- Have a high degree of knowledge and expertise in laser hair removal technology, skin and hair types, treatment protocols, answering client questions
- Promote the business and generate sales through creating new appointments

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling clients using our scheduling system
- Ensuring all new clients have notifications for appointment reminders turned on
- Create lists of required supplies
- Ability to adapt to new roles and responsibilities over the course of employment
- Keeping records of each client (settings used, additional notes, date of appointment etc)

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 1 year** experience as a laser hair removal technician
- A **certified medical aesthetician, RPN or RN**
- Advanced knowledge of skin typing, hair typing and laser hair removal
- Skills: excellent verbal communication, personality, adapting to each client

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

**Salary**: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- laser hair removal: 1 year (required)
- skin typing: 1 year (required)
- medical aesthetician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- LPN/RPN (preferred)
- medical aesthetician certification (preferred)
