**Company Overview**: We are a small, dynamic production team creating engaging content for our successful YouTube channel, which has 3.5 million subscribers and over 1.9 billion views. We are passionate about storytelling and are committed to delivering high-quality videos that resonate with our audience.

**Position: Production Assistant**

We are seeking a motivated and organized Production Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in production or as an assistant who is eager to contribute to a creative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist on set by moving lights, reading scripts, and organizing props.
- Pack and unpack equipment and luggage for shoots.
- Keep the prop house organized and maintain inventory.
- Manage prop orders for upcoming shoots, including ordering online (Amazon) or in-store.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth production flow.
- Set design for certain scenes
- Taking full control of prop/wardrobe duty
- Other tasks the producer might as such as, but not limited to, finding actors, locations, extra crew etc

**Schedule**:

- Start with hourly pay, then to transition to a salaried position after probation period is over
- Shifts range from 6-8 hours per day, scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance.
- Must be available for both weekdays and weekends.
- You will always have 2 days off per week.

**Future Opportunities**: In 2025, we have exciting plans that extend beyond YouTube, including the filming of a movie internationally. If you continue working with us, you may have the opportunity to be involved in these projects as well.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as an assistant or in production is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility in your schedule and willingness to adapt as needed.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car for local errands.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
