Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst (Bilingual - English & Spanish) supports senior management by handling both internal and external reporting requirements. The ideal candidate is highly independent, efficient, and skilled at transforming raw data into clear, actionable reports. This role requires the ability to analyze business processes, interpret underlying data, and provide well-informed recommendations to enhance overall business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
  • Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment, shape analytical direction and provide recommendations to the business
  • Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes
  • Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base
  • Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for them to make more informed management decisions
  • Reporting to financial and government agencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration (required)
  • One or more years of experience in a data analyst role with a financial accounting background (asset)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Experience with ERP software is considered an asset)
  • Experience with Power BI and/or dashboard creation is considered an asset

Work Environment

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Job requirement includes light to moderate lifting, such as files.
  • This job operates in a clerical, office setting with moderate noise. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Individual must be able to work flexible hours (if necessary).

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers an annual wage range of $50,000 - $60,000 CAD, with final compensation varying based on experience, skills, internal equity, and location. In addition, Pure Flavor offers a competitive total rewards package, including company-paid benefits, RRSP matching, and paid time off.
