Ecommerce Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies for English-speaking customers to ensure that the goals are successfully achieved;
- Assist in planning product selection strategies that meet the needs of HongMall's English customer group, and follow up the product launch process;
- Assist in the planning and organization of online and offline activities;
- Assist in the implementation of media delivery plans and follow up on the results.
Job Requirements:
- Rich experience in the operation of e-commerce platforms or comprehensive shopping apps, familiar with the North American market;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in English;
- Familiar with the logic of commodity selection, have keen market insight;
- Familiar with mainstream media delivery platforms (e.g. Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- **Work eligibility in Canada**
Bonus points:
- Experience in retail operations or e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop is preferred;
- Fluency in Mandarin.
Work Location: 355 Apple Creek Blvd, Markham, ON, L3R 9X7
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30AM to 6:00 PM (must work in-person)
