**ABOUT THE POSITION**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. Training will be provided, and you will be supported by peers and the sales team. You will work in our Fergus facility but may spend time in our new Cambridge facility over time.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner with appropriate solutions.
- Track shipments and provide accurate updates on deliveries.
- Work with our CRM software (Hubspot) to keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collect and consolidate various data to generate and publish reports.
- Go the extra mile to engage and wow our customers.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of post-secondary education in business or relevant technical school training
- Experience: 0-2 years of post-graduate experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking directly to clients
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy work environment with strong attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with internal and external customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products - specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
