**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and paving machines on construction sites.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Execute horizontal drilling tasks as required for various projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete excavation projects efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other operators regarding project progress and any issues that arise during operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and the ability to operate vehicles as needed.
- Knowledge of construction practices and safety standards is essential.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments typical of construction sites.

Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 55 per week
