**Requisition Number**: 191921

Cintas is seeking a Route Specialist - First Aid and Safety to be a support partner of the Service Department. The Route Specialist will assist leadership in growing and retaining the business. Responsibilities include route coverage, assisting with installations/deliveries, assisting in the warehouse and with fleet, and helping the Service Department in any other areas as needed.

**Skills/Qualifications**:
Required
- Possess a valid driver's license in good standing
- High School Diploma/GED

Preferred
- 3+ years on route as a Service Sales Representative
- Demonstrated successful execution of Service Fundamentals
- Sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
