**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.
- Assist in the installation of drywall and perform caulking to ensure a smooth finish.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and addressing any concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction painting with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Familiarity with both commercial and residential painting techniques is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry skills is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer service interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
