Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes provided
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies
- Oversee the kitchen staff and delegate tasks as necessary
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items and specials
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Assist in training new kitchen staff members

Qualifications:

- 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen or culinary environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with staff members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
