**Job Title: CNC Machinist**

**Location**: Concord, ON

**Shift Timings**-Day Shift

**Position**: Full-Time

**Salary**: Market Competitive salary ( Depends upon Exp.)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**: Run and control 5-axis CNC milling machines, ensuring they operate efficiently and accurately.
- **Program Execution**: Execute pre-set CNC programs and make minor adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and measure finished parts using precision tools to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime.
- **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of machine performance, production runs, and quality control results.
- **Safety**: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience running 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in operating CNC machines with a working knowledge of MasterCAM and SOLIDWORKS.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of machining principles and geometric tolerances.
- **Attention to Detail**: High precision in measuring and inspecting parts.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and troubleshoot machine issues as they arise.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills to interact with team members and report on machine status.
