**Job Title**:CNC Machinist - Multi-Axis / Live Tool (Doosan Puma SMX / Swiss Lathe)**

**Location**: GTA (Multiple Locations)
**Shifts Available**: Straight Days OR Straight Afternoon Shift
**Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**About the Role**

We are currently hiring **CNC Machinists** with experience operating **Multi-Axis CNC Lathes** or **Swiss-Type Lathes** equipped with **live tooling**. You’ll be responsible for setup, operation, and producing precision metal components to tight tolerances. Ideal for someone with experience on **Doosan Puma SMX**, Star, Citizen, Tsugami, or similar multi-axis equipment.

**Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate **CNC multi-axis lathes** and/or **Swiss lathes** with live tooling
- Perform tool changes, offsets, feeds/speeds adjustments, and troubleshoot machining issues
- Read and interpret **blueprints, GD&T**, and machining drawings
- Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, etc.
- Work with **stainless, alloys, aluminum**, and precision parts
- Maintain safe and organized work area, follow company quality standards

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years CNC Machining experience (multi-axis or Swiss Lathe preferred)
- Experience with **live tooling** (Doosan Puma SMX experience)
- Strong ability to read & interpret blueprints and tolerances
- Comfortable performing setups and adjustments independently
- Familiar with standard measurement/inspection tools
