Our Claims Administration Analyst provides needed support to our Claims team. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. **What you’ll do**:
- Coordinate schedules for the large loss claims committee and produce reports for internal and external consumption
- Reinsurance reporting and calculations to and from Facility associations
- Monitor incoming queue for any new large loss files; compile and distribute a report to Leadership team on a monthly basis
- Claims liaison to the Insurance Bureau of Canada for reporting and error correction
- Process payments and reconcile amounts for WSIB and other Claims accounts
- Claims contact for our Document Service team, assisting with returned cheques and unmatchable mail
- Compile and distribute various financial reports to Leadership and Executive team when requested
- Monitor vendor list for information accuracy and enter any updates into our Claims systems
- Other various administrative supports to our Leadership and Claims team as required
**_Requirements: _**
- 1-2 years of experience in Insurance/Claims Administration, Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience
- CIP designation or actively pursuing same
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous administrative experience in a Claims environment an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Able to multi-task between a variety of responsibilities, projects, and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
