**Medical Aesthetics Instructor**

International Beauty Institute (IBI) is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetician/Medical Aesthetician certified in Nd:YAG, LHR, IPL, RF, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, and Facials. Additional experience in Makeup, Dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, Microneedling, Mani/Pedi, Waxing, Body Treatments, and Business Training is considered an asset.

**Position Overview**

The Medical Aesthetics Instructor will deliver high-quality education to students, combining both theory and practical instruction in a hybrid learning environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Teach a full-time hybrid schedule, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-3:30pm, using the provided curriculum and instructional tools.
- Deliver theory lessons online via Zoom and conduct practical training on-site.
- Maintain outstanding interpersonal communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service, consistently creating positive interactions with students.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, techniques, and developments within the cosmetics and beauty industry.
- Track student attendance and grades accurately.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a high-quality student experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked teaching space; support clinic operations with related duties as assigned.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teaching experience is an asset.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Certificate in Aesthetics, Medical Aesthetics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in aesthetics, skincare, or medi-spa treatments.
- Strong teaching, mentoring, or training experience (formal teaching is an asset).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Zoom, online learning tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and innovations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
