We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Aesthetician / Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for the industry providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Sign in patients with the proper consent forms, before and after photos and information on a iPad
- Minor assistance during procedures (such as handing over scissors or tweezers if needed)
- Record all patient transactions and form of payments daily
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls, Texts, and respond to inquiries on all communication platforms
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Update patients with, pre and post care information on their procedures
- Ensure that waiting and treatment rooms areas are clean and organized and ready for patients
- Provide treatment and product advice based on individual patient needs
- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics office or similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical aesthetic injectable, and energy device treatments, along with skin care regiments
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
