**THE OPPORTUNITY**

TechInsights is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Production Specialist to join our team in our Ottawa Office. As a Digital Production Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital projects. You will work closely with various departments including Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Experience, to ensure that all digital projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards as per the corporate production digital strategy.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, content, and marketing to ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate and communicate project status updates with team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the production process.
- Conduct testing to ensure that all projects meet technical and quality standards.
- Keep up to date with emerging digital trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for improvement and growth.

**WHAT YOU HAVE**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital production or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
