We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our **Marketing Data Management Coordinator.**

**Position Summary/Objective**:
The Marketing Data Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting activities related to all new product launches and day to day management of the Riverside product portfolio, which include but are not limited to; managing sample shipments, GSI product specs data entry, product catalogue management, master data product specs and internal codes management and liaising with internal functions to ensure an open flow of communication regarding project status and updates. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day administrative requirements to support the marketing department.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**
- Ownership of all product details across all Riverside brands. This will include:

- o Collaborating with internal stakeholders to source, maintain, and update all relevant product codes, dimensions, descriptions, certifications, product attributes, support copy, images, and inputting into various internal and external PIM tools (GSI, Salsify), Internal Sales Product Catalogues, retailer portals for North America
- Utilizing internal data (PIM/DAM Systems (Salsify)) to access, modify and update digital shelf content as required for customers' needs and for new launches.
- Working with cross functional teams (Ecomm, Commercial, Innovation, Brand) to effectively capture new or updated product content requirements and priorities to ensure consistent execution across all previously captured platforms
- Responsible for the deployment of digital content to retail channels for the company across all Riverside brands.
- Identify ways to optimize the data capture, update, and communication process to be as efficient as possible
- Work with Innovation and Commercialization team to capture key product details to upload into SAP and identify BOM (bill of material) details
- Operating as the one source of truth owner for product information and effectively communicating out cross functionally of any updates. Where required create documents with all relevant information to provide to the team as a one pager.
- Responsible for Marketing samples and promotional items including purchasing, inventory management and fulfilling requests.
- Prepare sales material mailings, demo kits and other special mailing requests for Marketing/Sales.
- Support in the development of sales materials as part of the launch deck development

**Administrative**
- Provide administrative support to sales and marketing team including taking detailed notes of key meetings and circulating to all participants within 24 hours
- Process reconciliation of credit card charges bi-weekly.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of Marketing Room
- Monitor D2000 SPA inventories for Sales Samples
- Keeps the work atmosphere** FUN** by keeping it light and welcoming
- Special projects and other duties as assigned

**Reporting Relationships**

The Marketing - Data Management Coordinator reports directly to the Innovation and Commercialization Manager

**Education & Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree in data management/analytics, or another relevant field.
- Understands the digital landscape.
- Understanding of project management techniques and is process driven.
- Talent for finding creative solutions to complex problems.
- Highly organized, with the ability to work within a team and effectively plan and prioritize tasks (with guidance).
- Ability to perform to deadline in a changing environment.
- Written and spoken communication skills, along with a talent for integrating and processing information
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
