We are hiring Relief Crisis Counsellors to work at La Maison Rosewood Shelter in Midland. A Crisis Counsellor must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet multiple demands of residents. She is scheduled for 12.5 hour shifts on an as needed basis often with short notice.**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the impacts of violence against women, an understanding of harm reduction;
- The ability to provide telephone and in person crisis counselling services including information exchange, referrals and emotional support;
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
- French language fluency preferred.
