**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR**

**HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)**
- Partner with Finance and HR to champion and enforce process related to securing resources, both within the agency network and externally
- Work with Associate Director, Project Management, Business Leadership and Finance to justify freelance costs against annual freelance budget, providing alternative and strategic solutions where possible
- Strategically evaluate resource requests to ensure project needs and timelines are clearly defined, enabling you to assign the most effective and appropriate talent
- Lead weekly status calls with Creative team to ensure full-team visibility to all agency projects and priorities, maintaining open and pro-active communication to anticipate any issues or needs
- Actively participate in weekly resource meetings with senior leadership, business leads, and Associate Director, Project Management, reporting on and providing solutions for resource challenges across all existing and pipeline projects
- Maintain weekly resource meetings/discussions with individual client teams as required to sustain a topline understanding of key project developments, getting in front of potential resourcing challenges as they arise
- Provide accurate and pro-active analysis of Resource department challenges and areas for growth, with an action-oriented approach to resolution
- Confident and professional in leading communications with senior leadership, as well as other departments and teams within the agency network
- Resolve resourcing conflicts to the satisfaction of all parties, which may require negotiating between business leads, senior leadership and Finance
- Exhibit superior organizational abilities when managing meeting bookings and updates to detailed tracking documents
- Act as main point of contact for freelancer outreach and onboarding
- Partner with Resource Director (USA) to build and maintain a database of freelance talent to support resource-sharing between Toronto and USA offices
- Work directly with Executive Creative Director to communicate resourcing updates and needs, escalating challenges as required
- Supporting Momentum’s values
- All other duties as required

**HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)**
- 2 - 4 years of experience in an operational, resource, or project management role, or related experience
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized individual who excels at time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active and solution-oriented approach to problem solving, with the ability to perform well under pressure in response to changing priorities
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Eager and quick to learn with ease and confidence
- Empathetic, collaborative, and consummate professional
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to adapt style for various audiences
- Personable demeanor, with aspirations to partner closely with a range of colleagues at all levels from varying disciplines, geos, and levels
- Ability to handle sensitive situations, information and conversations with professionalism and confidentiality
