Team Lead - Brand Ambassador/Promo Model (Bentway) Join to apply for the Team Lead - Brand Ambassador/Promo Model (Bentway) role at Brand Momentum About The Role We’re looking for a confident, organized Team Lead to oversee the Hero x Batiste Skate & Sip activation at The Bentway. This role blends leadership, logistics coordination, and hands‑on event management. You’ll drive the onsite experience, support the BA team, and ensure smooth execution from setup to teardown. Rate & Training Rate: starting at 26/hr. Training (mandatory) December 15 12:00pm-3:00pm (in‑person at BMI office). Candidates must be available for all dates. Event & Activation Dates December 19 — 9:00am–12:00pm (pick up U‑Haul + load assets) December 20 — 11:00am–9:30pm December 21 — 11:30am–9:00pm December 22 — 11:30am–9:30pm December 23 — 11:30am–10:00pm December 24 — 9:00am–12:00pm (unload at Wild Card Promo + return U‑Haul) Responsibilities Drive, load, and unload a 20 ft U‑Haul, navigating downtown Toronto. Pick up and return the U‑Haul before/after the activation. Manage all setup/tear‑down duties: event assets, signage, heaters, sampling materials. Ensure BAs receive scheduled rotating breaks each shift. Oversee full pack‑up on the final day, ensuring all assets are safely returned. Serve as the main onsite contact for the Brand Ambassador team. Lead by example: assign roles, manage schedules, maintain team energy and professionalism. Troubleshoot onsite issues quickly and calmly. Complete BA performance ratings once the activation wraps. Track key KPIs: samples distributed, guest engagements, impressions, consumer comments, and photos. Submit daily KPI reports promptly. Requirements Candidates must be available for all dates. Valid driver’s license + confident operating a 20 ft U‑Haul. Comfortable picking up and returning the truck in Mississauga. Physically capable of loading, unloading, setup, and tear‑down. Experience as a Team Lead or Senior BA in experiential marketing/event activations. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Comfortable tracking KPIs and using simple digital reporting tools. Outgoing, friendly personality with strong guest‑facing energy. Comfortable standing for long periods and working outdoors in winter (warm branded jackets provided). Previous TL or BA experience over 2 years is an asset. Able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment. Ability to skate and interact with skating guests.
