**Responsibilities**
- Communicates reservation information to the front desk
- Processes cancellations and modifications to reservations as required within hotel policy
- Processes and monitors advance deposits on reservations
- Processes all third party billing requests and ensures routing is accurate
- Monitors room type availability (30/60/90 days out), and adjusts as necessary
- Handles daily correspondence from Sales, Central Reservations, Conference Services
- Monitors all group bookings made by Sales and adjusts group block information as necessary, ensuring group block billing arrangements have been recorded
- Processes and communicates in a timely manner regarding Crew and group/wholesale rooming list input or modification, and adjustment to block allocation if necessary

**Requirements**:

- **Has flexible availability to work between Monday to Sunday on weekdays, weekends and public holidays, in the morning and evening. Weekend availability is a must. The number of shifts per week would fluctuate based on business levels, at the moment there would be 4-5 shifts per week on average.**:

- Is a friendly, energetic person who prides themselves on creating memorable guest experiences through warm and innovative service.
- Has 1-2+ years previous hotel experience in a Front Office role, however, relevant experience is also an asset.
- Strong communication skills, proficient in English
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Understands that success lies in working together and enjoys being part of a large team.
- Gets excited by an energetic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Galaxy, Lightspeed and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).
- Speaks fluent English. Additional languages to connect with international guests is an asset.

Pay: Up to $25.23 per hour
