**About Us**:
The pandemic has given us an amazing opportunity to repurpose Natural Source’s resources to rapidly launch ShareWares and make an unprecedented global impact. We are an easy-going, close knit bunch - no big egos or office drama here

**About You**:
You are familiar with working in an open-plan office, but are also highly productive when working offsite. You’re a confident self-starter and shine when given autonomy to be creative, but are also receptive to advice and direction. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and learn all elements of the businesses to get a deep understanding of what we do and why we do it.

**Position Details**:
Ideally, this is a full-time in-office position, with the occasional opportunity to work from home.

**Reporting to the CEO, the successful applicant will perform the following duties**:

- **Project management**: Oversee, expand, and enhance ongoing B2B/B2C reusable packaging programs (Tim Hortons, independent cafes, local restaurants, grocers, live events, festivals, remote pilots, etc) as well as plan, coordinate, launch, and manage upcoming game-changing B2B projects with iconic brands and organizations.
- **Networking**:Connect with members of our value chain to gain wisdom into their needs to fortify your plans, build relationships, and create sales opportunities.
- **Help fill gaps when needed**: as a team player, you are interested in learning many other elements of the business to support the other office ninjas.
- **Bring your bright ideas** You love working with fast-growing companies because of the opportunity to grow and see your brilliant ideas make a direct impact immediately.

Other potential areas to support ShareWares (optional, but experience in these areas is considered an asset):

- **Design and Communications**:Produce creative visual marketing assets and the coordinating copy to engage, spark interest, and educate users and partners (experience with Adobe Creative Suite a huge plus).
- **Campaigns**:organize and roll out strategic campaigns and in-person activations to create awareness and build hype eg. social media, giveaways, signage, online ads, partnerships, etc.
- **Online Marketing**:Assist in the management of our website and social media content.
