How you will make a difference: - Lead and inspire a team of retail associates, providing guidance, coaching and support on assigned shifts. - Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth store operations during shift. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. - Achieve sales targets by motivating the team to provide exceptional sales experiences. - Train and coach associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge. - Ensure the store is clean, always organized and visually appealing. - Provide outstanding customer service from initial greeting to the final sale. - Foster Assess customer needs and provide expert advice about available products. - Demonstrate features and benefits of any product which may complement the sale. - As part of the store team, maximize store sales by consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience. - Close sales positively to build customer relationships. - Responsible for the store’s opening and closing procedures. - Continually increase knowledge of products, services, promotions, events and store layout. - Assist with store merchandising, returns, and ensure the store is safe, clean and well organized. - Understand and follow all pertinent store operations policies and practices including customer service, loss prevention, and problem resolution. - The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
