Hse Administrator

Aureus is a busy and growing Water Management company in Clairmont. We are looking for a HSE Administrator to join our Team to support our safety-first mindset.

**Role**

Job duties:

- Responsible for managing data entry for the HSE department
- Hazard ID entries
- Incident report entries
- Collaboration on presentation preparations for Audits
- Maintain proper filling of HSE paperwork in S2 (weekly / monthly reports, tracking tablets).
- Coordinate binder preparation, organization and updates
- Coordinate HSE policy updates are rolled out to all staff and tracked via S2
- Coordinate and help facilitate new hire HSE orientations
- Back-up to HR for HSE training and new hire online orientations or requested related items and duties.
- Projects and analysis requested by the HSE Manager
- Preparing for monthly safety meetings
- Other duties as required.

**Job Requirements**:
Experience & Training
- Current safety tickets (First Aid, H2S & CSO)
- 1-2 years experience working in HSE a benefit
- Knowledge of Work Hub/Safety Sync software would be considered an asset
- Excellent data entry skills
- Certification in HSE an asset
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills

- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada
- Must be a driven and motivated individual able to lead by example.
- Must present oneself in a professional manner, arrive on time and be able to work during full office hours.
- Willing to comply with all safety policies and procedures

- Responsible to maintain a high level of data accuracy and consistency within the system
