GH is looking for a social media manager to join our creative team As a growing agency, we are always looking to better our service offering and so we are looking for people that won’t be scared to give their creative opinion.

As a social media manager/specialist, your role will be to oversee and manage our clients' needs/desires in relation to managing their social media platforms.

What does this mean? Our Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning one of our client's social media strategy. This involves building out a cohesive plan that suits overarching company goals, strategizing tactics to achieve those goals, and generally exploring, testing, and optimizing different social media channels to suit a brand's audience [based on detailed briefs]. Everyone on our team is here to push creative boundaries, and achieve the best possible production for our clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Run our clients social media platforms for monthly campaigns [creative, text, postings, etc.]
- Know the social media trends
- Communicate and offer guidance on how to best get the client(s) voice heard.
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
- Plan, create, publish, and share new content that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- Follow the trending format for to best showcase client(s) content on social media.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- Experience with social media managing
- A wide range of experience/ knowledge of what is popular to best showcase client(s) platform
- Ability to read, write, and speak English & French
- Above all else: CREATIVE DRIVE TO GROW
