**Job Description - Marketing/Social Media Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media**:

- Maintain and monitor all organizational social media platforms including content calendars and content generation
- Organize and manage social media campaigns utilizing Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly postings on social media platforms
- Growing social media brand presence and looking at performance reporting

**Marketing**:

- Maintaining all company websites and ensure regular review
- Creation of marketing collateral for use by sales team and other parts of the organization
- Planning and executing advertising campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Organizing and managing both internal and external events such as workshops, conferences, staff meetings, etc.
- Supporting the marketing and sales team with reporting and identifying leads
- Working closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Other duties and marketing initiatives as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline
- Experience and comfort with graphic design
- 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
- Has experience with creating social media content and increasing social media presence
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and ability to work independently
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
