**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Service Representative, this position will provide customer service to all incoming retail customers and support services to Sales team, Vehicle Salvage and Tire shop by processing payments, Invoices, Work orders, inventory returns and assist with phone sales as required all while ensuring customer needs are met in a timely fashion.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Serve incoming customers by selling product that meets customer need
- Assisting customer when they arrive to pick up orders
- Provide assistance to sales team by answering all incoming overflow phone sales ensuring customer needs are met
- Accurately process all sale orders utilizing PowerLink and EZ-QC systems
- Provide support to Tire Centre, Vehicle Salvage and salespersons by processing customer work orders and accepting payments from customers
- Process and communicate all product returns ensuring product is returned in a timely fashion
- Provide support and assistance as requested by management

**Qualifications and Job Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Education
- Previous experience in sales an asset
- Fluent in a second language an asset
- Knowledge of automotive parts an asset
- Customer Service Skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast pasted environment with the ability to multi task
- Personal integrity
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Ability to manage time efficiently to ensure good productivity
- Must be attentive to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others
- Team Player

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
