Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Fort Erie, ON. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
