Biztech College is looking for an experienced customer service focused individual to book the appointments and follow up’s for new inquiries that have expressed interest in one of our programs and book to the appropriate admissions representative. Your role will be metrics driven which requires producing results.
**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**:
- Book the appointments to the appropriate admission representative.
- Ensure the customer data is recorded and up to date into the company system.
- Experience in maintaining the customer confidence and protect important information confidential.
- Knowledge of how to add, remove or make changes to appointments in the organization system.
- Resolve appointment conflicts for staff and customers or clients.
- Produce and process schedules and reports as required by administrative staff and customers.
- Responsible for finalizing inquiries from the students, in person or on a phone call and refer to the right person if required.
- Experience in handling and making the ‘High volume calls’.
- The Job-role requires working in various shifts (including weekend and evening shifts).
- Must be able to take quick and appropriate decisions.
- Must be ‘Multitasker’ and ‘Highly motivated Go-getter with a great attitude’.
- Contributes to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- High school diploma, GED certificate or equivalent
- University/college degree will be an asset.
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in customer service environment.
- Familiar with CRM preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
