Founded in 2005, we operate an internationally recognized upscale portrait studio in Mississauga that creates one-of-a-kind paintings for families. We are growing our amazing team to accommodate high demand for our beautiful product. We are now looking for an inside sales & appointment setter to join our dream team ** Please read the entire ad for a shot at this ** THE ROLE: Imagine a job where you can say that you are doing something truly meaningful that will have a lasting impact on each and every one of the families we serve. - You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by booking inbound leads, building relationships and opening doors. (NO COLD CALLING) - You will be handling incoming calls, scheduling shoots & following up, lots of phones Building immediate rapport over the phone with all types of clients is key - Work with Google Suites updating spreadsheets & our database with notes and accurate records of customer interactions (in Trello) - You will use your persuasive skills to get clients to take cancellations spots - Assist with general office duties & production overflow - You will analyze data and make necessary adjustments - Assist with marketing, online research and helping with business development - You will be responsible for the management/resolution of any client issues that arise - You are a 'take control' type of person, you will take initiative on your very first day - You will find a need for a new system, create one and implement it for all to follow **BONUS IF YOU'RE WILLING TO**: - **On occasion, help some Saturdays with hosting - on those days there is a dress code.
