**The Mission**

This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of a high-growth technology startup. At Enedym, we're building the future of electric propulsion. We’re looking for a driven and curious Business Strategy & Growth Co-op to help us shape our commercial future.

This isn't a typical co-op role. You will be a key player, working directly with the Director of Corporate Strategy. You will have a seat at the table, helping us navigate the entire strategic lifecycle—from analyzing new markets to finding our next customer and supporting high-stakes partnership deals. If you are a self-starter who wants to turn data into action and see your insights make a real-world impact, this role is for you.

**Your Role & Responsibilities**

We are a lean, dynamic team, and you will be encouraged to take ownership of meaningful projects. Your work will be a mix of deep analysis, creative strategy, and hands-on execution.

- **Market & Competitive Intelligence**:

- Become our expert. You will dive deep into market research and competitive analysis to identify untapped opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging industry trends.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and keep the leadership team informed on key developments and strategic moves.

** Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution**:

- Help build the playbook. You’ll support the design of our commercial strategy, including profiling target customers, sharpening our value proposition, and mapping out our path to market.
- Turn data into decisions. You will analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to create concise reports and presentations that guide our GTM execution.

** Growth & Partnership Development**:

- Fuel the pipeline. You will identify and research potential strategic partners and support the early stages of sales outreach and lead generation.
- Support the deal-making process, helping our team build relationships and explore new joint opportunities.

** Strategic Planning & Operations**:

- Build for scale. You will help design and refine the tools, templates, and frameworks our team needs to plan and execute faster and smarter.
- Act as a connective thread, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and leadership to ensure our strategic initiatives are aligned and driving forward.
- Perform other job duties as required—we're a startup, and we all pitch in
