Walters is recruiting a COOP student to assist in the Sales/Estimating Department, in the Walters Corporate Office. Walters Inc. will provide a unique experience for those looking to gain exposure in a dynamic organization within the private sector.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following:

- Reviewing consultants drawings or models and taking off materials noted
- Assist with inputting data in the Estimating system
- Assist in validating man hours, material and/or equipment requirements
- Assist in soliciting pricing from steel providers to obtain the best price
- Assist with construction planning including crane layouts
- Develop sales proposals

**Job Skills/Qualifications**:

- Presently enrolled in a Civil, Architectural, or Construction Management Engineering Co-op Program.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Schedule
- Students will enjoy working in a dynamic team environment and interacting with many stakeholders of the organization
- Experience in construction is an asset.
