Sales Clerk - Job Description

We’re looking for friendly, passionate professionals with experience in retail sales and customer service. Currently, we are hiring full-time and part-time staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers
- Offer customer service and product knowledge to customers
- Suggest products to purchase/ up-sell items based on customer needs
- Cleaning and merchandising counters
- Replace merchandise on the shelves, unpacking orders, pricing products
- Build rapport with customers and provide them with genuine guidance and support

Commis aux ventes - Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche de professionnels sympathiques et passionnés ayant de l'expérience dans la vente au détail et le service à la clientèle. Nous recrutons actuellement du personnel à temps plein et à temps partiel.

Responsabilités
- Accueillir les clients
- Offrir un service à la clientèle et une connaissance des produits aux clients
- Suggérer des produits à acheter et vendre des articles en fonction des besoins des clients.
- Nettoyer et mettre en valeur les comptoirs
- Replacer la marchandise sur les étagères, déballer les commandes, fixer les prix des produits
- Établir une relation avec les clients et leur fournir des conseils et un soutien véritables.
