Shepherd’s is looking for a full-time **Social Media Assistant **to join our team. We are disrupting the norm and want you to join us in breaking the mould

As our newest team member, you will work in collaboration with the leadership team to:

- Assist with the creation, editing, and distribution of content across all social media platforms
- Measure the performance of social content and paid activities, and compile data and present findings
- Engage with our audience and respond to comments/ inquiries on all social media platforms

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing or related discipline OR equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience in social media and digital marketing in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with automation tools
- Ability to work well under pressure with mínimal supervision AND in collaboration with team members
- Proven knowledge of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok
- Video editing experience (we create hours and hours and hours of new video content each week)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and reprioritize as needed
- Takes pride in providing customers with great service
- Passionate team player and eager to pitch in wherever needed (even if outside the realm of regular duties)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
