**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients to present products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote products and expand professional connections.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or outside sales roles.
- Strong background in business development with a focus on account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
