Our **Mercedes-Benz Downtown** is looking for a **Concierge** to join our amazing team

**Job Purpose**

The Sales Concierge contributes to the operational efficiency of the Sales department and to positive CSI results by promptly and warmly greeting every guest, capturing client data, and introducing the client to the appropriate Mercedes-Benz representative or department, contributing to an overall experience that exceeds expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Warmly greet every guest and introduce them to the appropriate Mercedes-Benz representative or department
- Assist with the creation and entry of data
- Provide management with any required reports
- Perform follow up calls as necessary
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills and customer service, including written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a reception/customer service role.
- Previous experience working in a dealership setting with basic knowledge of vehicles and maintenance requirements is an asset.
- Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- Professional appearance & friendly disposition.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
