**Junior Sales & Patient Concierge**:

- Location: Yorkville, Toronto | Full-Time | On-site_

Power Plastic Surgery is a boutique plastic surgery clinic in Yorkville dedicated to helping women — especially moms — reclaim their confidence and feel like themselves again. We're looking for a polished, personable, and highly organized **Junior Sales & Patient Concierge** to be the face of our practice and a key support in our sales process.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building connections, thrives in a luxury service environment, and is excited to grow in the world of aesthetics and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Front Desk & Guest Experience**
- Greet patients with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Deliver a high-end, personalized experience that makes every guest feel valued
- Manage patient check-in and check-out, distribute forms, and guide them through their visit
- Keep the reception and waiting areas spotless, calm, and inviting (includes glass cleaning, light tidying, daily vacuuming)
- Print daily schedules, review sheets, and relevant appointment paperwork

**Sales Support & Lead Nurturing**
- Respond to new leads across platforms (Instagram, website, phone)
- Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to understand each person’s goals and readiness
- Assist in pre-qualifying leads for surgical or non-surgical consultations
- Track and manage lead status in our CRM system
- Provide light education on procedures, services, or offerings (no medical advice)
- Support the coordination of consult bookings, follow-ups, and reminders
- Uncover objections through genuine conversation and escalate when needed
- Collaborate with the team to help meet monthly consultation and conversion goals

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
