Genesis Victoria is looking for a **Genesis Luxury Ownership Manager** to join our team

**First impressions are everything**You will have a customer focused, can-do attitude. You will take care of our guests from the moment they arrive, ensuring our Genesis guests have a memorable and seamless experience with your attention to detail, and ability to go the extra mile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule guest vehicle service appointments
- Greet guests and check-in vehicles to the Service Department for their scheduled appointment
- Liaise with technicians to ensure proper work flow
- Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience and relationships
- Be able to multi-task maintaining a high quality of service
- Create work orders with accurate information
- Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts when required
- Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time frame, explain cost and time requirements in detail
- Keep service department forms, menus and pricing guides up-to-date
- Explain completed work and any/all charges to customers
- Follow Brand and Company policies, procedures and service standards
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Attend and remain current with brand training

**Who you are**:

- 2+ years experience in a service advisor role is preferred
- Experience working with a luxury brand is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Keen to immerse yourself in high-end training with Genesis
- Outgoing & a strong desire to serve people
- A positive attitude & always smiling
- Flexible schedule
- Great organizational & computer skills
- Must be able to reliably commute to the dealership
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

**Nice to haves**:

- Experience in the automotive industry a strong asset
- PBS knowledge is considered an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
