EDP Automotive Service is a small independent auto shop in Victoria, BC. We are fast-paced, fun, customer-centric and our goal is to Provide the best customer service of any shop in Victoria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the shop
- Consult with customers to understand their automotive service needs and recommend appropriate services
- Create accurate service estimates and quotes for customers
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to confirm their appointments
- Liaise with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles and any changes to the service plan
- Collect payments and handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact
- Maintain customer records and ensure they are accurate and up to date

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills and familiarity with software programs used in automotive service centers
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
