We are looking for Building Envelope Technician / Restoration Helper to fill full-time positions in building maintenance.
- Assist tradesmen to set up swing stage and scaffold
- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Complete exterior sealant repairs, and exterior painting
- Restore exterior concrete, stucco and tile cladding systems
- Operate power tools
- Remove debris at construction sites

**Requirements and qualifications**:

- Work experience is desirable, but on job training be provided
- Enthusiasm and decent work attitude
- Own tools or equipment
- Valid BC driver’s license is an asset, but not required
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Criminal record check will be done

**Compensation**: $20-24 per hour

**Position**:Permanent employment, this is NOT the contract

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- construction and/or restoration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
