**Looking for Clinic Manager**

Are you a recent graduate eager to step into the world of management? We're actively seeking a full-time Clinic Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is a problem solver, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a friendly and outgoing personality.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: $35000 per year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Scheduling appointments for new and returning patients
- Creating and maintaining patient files
- Processing payments, issuing receipts, and direct billing insurance companies
- Performing light cleaning and laundry duties
- Providing occasional clinical assistance as required by practitioners
- Abide by and implement company policies and governmental regulations
- Maintain accurate and complete records
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding company's business operations, strategies, and programs
- Positively contribute to the company's reputation; refrain from defaming the company or its employees in any form

Skills and Qualifications:

- Fresh graduates are welcome; at least 1 year of administrative experience is preferred but not necessary
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and Google Calendar
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly, polite, and outgoing personality

Upon termination of employment, the same level of confidentiality must be maintained.

**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bedford, NS B4A 1C8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
