We have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Customer Service Consultant. If you enjoy sales, building relationships with customers, assisting them to find that "wow" piece for their next project, reaching out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services, driven to exceed your daily sales goal then this position is right for you. **Responsibilities**: - Be on the front line of retail sales everyday - Meet and/or exceed sales quotas - Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort - Nurturing leads to convert them to clients, building and maintaining relationships with customers - Provide excellent communication and customer service that continually exceed customer expectation - Support customers by ensuring inquires have been taken care on time - Creating quotes and specification packages for customers and follow up with the customers along with\ maintain detailed and organized records of quotes, sales, and customer requests - Working with Homeowners, Landscapers, Designers, Architect, and Contractors in helping them select the right product for their next project and selling ad-ons - Respond quickly and with flexibility to adjust conflicting demands in the delivery schedule - Answering telephone calls and responding to customer inquiries or routing calls across the company **Requirements**: - Experience with Sales with passion and drive to “close the deal” - Strong commitment to customer service (both internal and external) - Self-motivated with the desire to succeed while in a fast-paced, and dynamic sales environment - A background in the Construction and Masonry industry is an asset - Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing - Strong attention to detail - Experience in maintaining accurate records of all leads, products, and pricing as well as informing potential and existing customers of new products and exciting products - Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures **Working Conditions** - Flexible hours including weekdays and Saturday mornings (until 12:30 or 1:00 pm) - Overtime as required - Interaction with customers/clients, and the public at large - Extended periods of standing - Hazards associated with working alongside an outdoor environment - Regular exposure to conditions including heat, humidity, and dust - Use of required personal protective equipment must have safety boots or shoes (CSA Green triangle patch and CSA White rectangle with orange Greek letter omega - Ω) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $19.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Application question(s): - Can you work a rotating 5-6 day schedule (Monday to Saturday)? - Do you have safety boots or shoes (CSA Green triangle patch and CSA White rectangle with orange Greek letter omega)?
