Vehicle Inspector

**What is CarInspect?**
CarInspect provides automotive inspection services across Canada. Our platform connects inspection requesters (our customers) with service providers (inspectors).
We perform various types of inspections (pre-purchase, post-purchase, troubleshooting) for different types of vehicles.

**Your Tasks**:

- Conduct thorough and detailed vehicle inspections (mechanical, functional, and test drives) for our clients and produce comprehensive inspection reports using our app.
- Inspection of multiple vehicles at the same site.

**Here is how it works**:
1. You receive a notification when an inspection becomes available near your location.
2. You can accept the inspection if you are available to complete it within 24 to 48 hours.
3. You schedule the inspection with the dealership or private seller.
4. You visit the seller to perform the inspection.

**Important information**:

- Work on call and self employed worker.

**Profile Required / Essential to apply**:

- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Recognized Automotive Service Technician in Canada: 310S, 310T, Red Seal, DEP, or another certification from your province.
- Understand, write, and speak English.
- Mechanic, Workshop Manager, or equivalent role.
- Minimum three years of experience in general mechanics.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (summer and winter).

**Tools Required**:

- OBD2 scanner.
- Multimeter.
- Tire measurement gauge.
- Smartphone with data.

Job type: On call
Working days: Every day. Flexible as it depends on the seller (dealership or private sellers)

Pay: From $65.00 per hour
