**Sales and Leasing Consultant**

**Description**:
Summit GM is looking to a add full-time Sales and Leasing Consultants to our team The individual best suited for this position will be self-motivated, customer service oriented, have strong work ethic and be driven by personal success & development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct business in an open, honest, helpful manner with integrity and transparency.
- To promote and complete the sale of vehicles in an appropriate, professional, and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service.
- To have up-to-date product knowledge of all vehicles and competitive products and services
- Source new customer accounts for future assistance and opportunities through buy in, trade in, or other sources.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales or customer service experience is required
- Previous Automotive experience considered an asset.
- Previous CRM proficiency/experience considered an asset.
- Strong work ethic, goal-oriented and determined to succeed.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Basic computer skills are mandatory.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract is mandatory.
