Job Summary:
The Subway Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of a Subway restaurant. This includes ensuring high-quality customer service, staff supervision and training, financial management, and adherence to Subway's operational standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

2. Staff Management:

- Recruit, train, and schedule staff members.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Address any staffing issues, such as attendance or behavior problems.

3. Inventory and Ordering:

- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing waste.
- Place orders for supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Receive and inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy.

4. Food Preparation and Safety:

- Ensure that food is prepared and served in accordance with Subway's quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining area.
- Conduct regular safety training for staff members.

5. Financial Management:

- Monitor and control restaurant expenses to meet budgetary targets.
