- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the wellness or beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to maintain operational efficiency.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in store management practices, including inventory control and staff scheduling.
- Ability to sell products and services through effective customer engagement techniques.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and financial reporting.
- Cashiering experience is preferred for managing payments accurately.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
