Customer Service Representative

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while promoting our products and services.
**Duties**
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and efficiently with customers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Assist multilingual customers by providing support in their preferred language when applicable.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Sales experience is advantageous, particularly in upselling products or services.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
