**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is a work from home based position. Technicians’ complete various small renovation, maintenance projects and rebuilding activities related to residential and commercial property repairs, such as, plumbing fixture replacement, light fixture replacement, woodwork repairs and small tiling projects, rebuilding porch and deck elements as well as trouble shooting and are able to complete basic drywall repairs. Technicians are comfortable interacting with customers in a sales capacity, are organized, have an acute attention to detail while balancing quality results and good time management skills.

**Position Responsibilities**

1. Maintain a quality score of 4.5 out of 5 stars by executing tasks, policies, and procedures as trained.

2. Complete initial onboarding and role specific training.

3. Complete daily updates to all required administrative tracking systems.

4. Maintain companies organizational and tidiness standards.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Sales experience and understanding of the need for marketing and networking.
- Customer Service driven individual.
- Must have previous drywall and painting and or handyman experience for at least 3-5 years in the trade - residential or commercial
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple trade functions such as plumbing, electrical, repairing deck and steps, cabinetry repairs, tiling etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency in various tools AND has own hand tools.
- Comfortable in using technology (cell phone, tablet) to record hours worked and view work orders
- Working vehicle and tools to complete a variety of tasks and projects.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$88,767.00 per year
