We are a fast-growing exterior cladding company specializing in siding, stucco, and full building envelope systems. Our work includes residential and commercial projects across the Lower Mainland. We pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and staying on schedule.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee multiple projects daily. You’ll be the key link between crews, the office, and our clients, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec.
**Responsibilities**:
Visit active job sites daily to oversee siding and stucco installations.
Ensure work meets building envelope details, drawings, and company quality standards.
Coordinate with site supervisors, GCs, and architects as needed.
Spot deficiencies early and provide direction to crews.
Organize and track material deliveries; handle smaller pickups if required.
Keep detailed site reports (photos, progress updates, hours).
Assist with change orders and verify extras on site.
**Requirements**:
3-5+ years experience in exterior cladding (siding, stucco, soffits, rainscreen).
Strong understanding of building envelope assemblies and trade sequencing.
Ability to read drawings and specs.
Reliable vehicle and smartphone (mileage reimbursed).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and crews at once.
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate ($22-$25/hr depending on experience)
Vehicle allowance/gas reimbursement.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
