Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aquatics Supervisor located in Boca Raton, Florida. The Aquatics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing swim instruction, managing the aquatics staff, and ensuring a safe and effective swimming environment. Daily tasks include supervising lifeguards, organizing training sessions, conducting swim classes, and maintaining safety standards. The role requires a proactive approach to both staff leadership and maintaining the highest standards of water safety.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Swim Instruction, Swimming, and Lifeguarding
  • Supervisory skills in managing aquatics staff and organizing training sessions
  • Experience in maintaining safety standards within an aquatic environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Richmond, BC
  • Relevant certifications in lifeguarding or swim instruction
  • A bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field is a plus
