Under the supervision of the BIM and Innovation Director, BIM Coordinators must have a thorough understanding of BIM methodologies that help solve design and construction issues. Coordinators play an important role in supporting project teams and assisting them in utilizing advanced BIM tools and methodologies.

BIM Coordinators establish the most advantageous uses of BIM for each project. They facilitate the implementation of BIM processes by collaborating with project teams and BIM leads from our partners and clients. BIM Coordinators develop protocols related to key BIM elements, including communication, data exchange, and 3D workspace.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the civil BIM team in providing support services for various established BIM tools.
- Conduct research on innovative products and perform testing.
- Implement, initiate, and monitor BIM tools on construction sites.
- Structure and address project needs in submissions.
- Assist with quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate models: oversee the coordination process, ensure model compatibility, model types, and model interoperability.
- Administer and approve document sharing and publishing systems.
- Record and monitor shared data and relationships between models, such as axes, floor levels, and coordinates.
- Identify and approve all requirements for technical infrastructure sharing, interoperability criteria, standards, etc.
- Train and supervise to ensure compliance with standards.

Civil engineering background (mandatory). Knowledge of BIM processes. Preference for civil engineering. Strong interest in innovation. Basic CAD software proficiency. Programming skills are a plus.
